Neither Gardner nor ECS carry exhaust systems for ‘73 B bodies. I am running stock manifolds on a 440 and need to replace everything from the manifolds back. Accurate looks perfect but they are extremely expensive. TTi is much more reasonably priced. Looking for feedback from anyone that’s used TTi.
My '73 Charger with 440 came with resonators from the factory. A some point, prior to my ownership, someone removed them and did without. I remember years ago my neighbor had an all stock '71 Charger R/T and I don't think it had resonators. Is my memory correct? Did '71 or '72 big block B bodies...
The right side manifold on my '73 Charger is P/N 3751071. Haven't taken the heat stove off the left side to get to the part number yet. However, the right side part number doesn't show up in the parts book. What should left and right side stock part numbers be for '73 440 HP?
Building my 440 for street and highway cruising. Pushing 400 HP, nothing to radical. Any real advantage to using shorty headers headers vs. the current stock manifolds?
Looking to replace exhaust system on '73 Charger SE. The stock 440 exhaust system has 2 1/4 inch OD exhaust piping. I originally thought it was supposed to be 2 1/2 inch. I want the system to scavenge properly and don't think 2 1/2 inch would hurt. Does anyone have any experience with this?
