Yeah: Wheels are about the best mod they did on that. It could have been a nice car without the GM mods, not sure if I hate the exhaust tips or steering wheel more.

That just tells you they either were throwing names at it like Galen Govier or Galen Govier is full of **** sort of. I mean now its definitely one of one. Nobody would have taken that car to that level if it was a super rare car.

It is not even restored.

Restored implies that the car has been put back to the way it left the factory.....not the way it leaves a Chop Shop with a new crate motor and fuzzy dice.
