Scott on his coldwarmotors Youtube site has been doing one of those for a last couple years now....
The amazing thing about that particular project is that the original car was so badly rusted in
the rear parts that he actually spliced two cars together to get one!
I've been watching that channel for over a decade now and aside from all the goofiness the gang
gets into (and Scott's amazing private "junkyard").
The dude is truly gifted in all things body and trim.
With very little aftermarket support.I can't imagine the difficulty in restoring something like that.
Zero, pretty much. Watching Scott straighten trim, fab every little part, massage every panel - oh, and onWith very little aftermarket support.
And he's colorblind.Zero, pretty much. Watching Scott straighten trim, fab every little part, massage every panel - oh, and on
this one he taught himself upholstery!
He actually owns an automotive upholstery sewing machine and taught himself how to do it.
Amazing.
Yes, I understand what colorblind is. Lol. There are many parts on his youtube shows where he mentions getting help from his buddies to make sure things match. I just thought it was interesting.Color blind doesn’t mean you don’t see color it just looks different. I’m totally color blind but I can spot paint work a mile away! I see the difference in shades, I can’t always tell what color things are and have said the wrong color on many occasions but I deal with it.. wiring sucks as I have to ask sometimes for help, most folks don’t mind! It takes time to make things right sometimes because of it, you do get used to it..I like it for paint work!
