OK now that I have one it needs to be fixed. The hour hand just turns by it's self and the rest does not work.
Anyone know of a good place at a reasonable price.

That's OK I found one.......

Good to see you finally found that clock, you've been looking for quite a while .
Where did you find it? Was the price ok?
Good luck with the repair

Although I have lost the specifics, I can relate the experience I had with the dash clock in my '66 'Net. Took it to a watch maker for a "tune up" & it ran for a couple of months. I then researched on line for "quartz" workings to replace the old mechanical ones. Found an outfit in the states that had such a piece & ordered the kit. It came with instructional DVD and written instructions. Total conversion takes about an hour or so, once the clock's on the bench, and the new mechanism completely replaces the old one but uses original face, needles & setting knob. Best part is that it's been working for a couple of years and doesn't skip a beat. Unlike the old mechanical rewind that was activated by a solenoid to preserve the battery, the quartz replacement runs continuously with minimal drain.

I also discovered that most manufacturers used the same "Borg" clock back then. Matter of fact, the DVD showed the conversion in a Corvette. Sorry I can't remember the company name, but I lost my "bookmark" file and the packaging is stored away in the garage.

It was on ebay. It's out of a 62 Plymouth but will work. The place I sent it to is the Clock Works in WI.
