How about a hood to radiator seal on 62 Savoy Max Wedge? Was there a rubber attached to the hood? i have been told there was a skinny one for small block and wide one for Big Block? So was there a hood to radiator seal on 1962 Savoy Max Wedge? Anyone know for sure? There are 8 punched holes in the hood, i am told this is for a hood to radiator support rubber seal.

Thanks

JP

Hood to radiator seal

I was told that the difference in the thin seal was changed to the wide seal in mid year production to seal air off better to radiator, so fan would pull more through radiator.
I would say yes they had one.
