Does anyone know the production numbers for a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury 4-speed 426 convertible?

OR, a 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 4-speed 426 convertible?

I don't remember the exact number but I had a 426 4 speed 500 10 plus years ago and I remember seeing it and believe it was below 200.

I can tell you in 2003 there were 8 426 convertibles and 25 hardtops in the registry. Mine is #3 in VIN sequence of those 8.

GTS...Galen's Tag Service...Galen Govier. Wisconsin. The #3 is only in VIN sequence of those 8 cars. I have attempted to contact him to find out how many, if any, have come to light since 2003. Haven't heard a word.

This is only 1 page of the total report.

What is name of Registry? #3 thats pretty sweet.

That's just the number of cars in Galen's registry and not the total cars produced.

Galen's book doesn't have production figures for the 64's but he does for the 65's. He would post them if he knew that information. My book is an older one from 1996 and states there were only 2 426-8 1964 Sport Fury convertibles "known" at the time of printing. The Dodges in 65 had more information. There were 124 total 1965 Coronet 500 convertibles with a 426-4. There were 77 4 speeds and 47 automatics.

Yep, that would be nice to know but next to impossible to compile that info. That's why regestries are formed.
