1964 B body 4 speed transmission bracket

I have changed over the Auto to 4 speed trans bracket on lots of 68-70 B bodies, but the last time I dealt with this was back in the 90s on an early B car. Can't remember what I did for it to work.
What I have is a slant 3 on tree car going to a BB and 4 speed (69). I have the aftermarket steel repop hump. It has a funky piece going over across tunnel to passengers side?????? What the back????
Main question is does not the rubber insulator go inside the trans bracket like on a 69 B 4 speed car???????

Go on Brewers website you will see what you need the 64 fourspeed crossmember is different than an auto.

I think making the auto bracket into the 4 speed bracket is same process as the 66 up ones.
