I was wondering if the experts could help with a recommendation for lifting off the weber carbs and replacing them with new carbs. She surges at low RPM and I can see fuel dripping in the carbs. I dont want to rebuild these. What would you recommend for a brand and size to fit the linkage? Thanks.

what carbs (weber/edelbrock?) are you using now? cross ram or in line? fuel dribbling thru the boosters usually is a problem with floats set too high, or too much fuel pressure, or dirt in the needle and seats.

SEND THEM TO ME, ill fix them right up for you.
i just rebuilt mine too as i was having the sanme problem. i went and bought new floats, igh flo, needle & seats and new accelerator pumps for my hemi.
is your fuel pressure stable?

These are weber and not sure of the cfm. They are cross ram. Could this be done by just pulling the top off while on the car to get to the floats and such? There is an elec fuel pump but I have not checked the fuel press. She gets it when you go full throttle, just a surger at low rpm. Still would like to replace with new carbs of 600 cfm but not sure what to order that will hook right up. Was weber even a carb used on these motors?
