When I asked a few years ago I couldn't find one, but hopefully you have better luck and if you come across 2 of them...

Bill Petrow at Special T's, near Chicago, repro'd them years ago. I purchased one back then for a '64 Polara 500 I was restoring. It was a nice piece.
I have a "driver" quality one here. It's not perfect, but it is not bent up, either. PM me if interested.
