They are cores. The retractor belts have curl, buckles and tongues need to be rechromed.
The buckles are in good condition for chroming.
New use for ultrasonic cleaner. While belts were hot, I slid the rear seat stifferers and retractor covers up.
4ea C-7, C-9 bolts.
The stainless springs get re-wound when rettractors get rebuilt.
