The# on base the base is2579 849. Could cast #. There is no box. No gasket.

Is it broke on the base on the end showing in the photo?

Base is not broken. After close examination someone attempted to install a 1966 base. I re-installed a 1967 base and the cast # is
2785 382 (hard to read) therefore I removed NOS in emblem title.
