1967 Charger JACK Instruction Original Sticker-Does Anyone have on their Charger?

I want to know if anyone on this Forum can show me a photo of an Original Jack Instruction Sticker that is attached to the underside of the deck lid? I have been looking for years to find a reproduction for my car. Each time I buy one, which has been twice, I am told they are correct for my 67 Charger. But when it arrives it has "Belvedere & Coronet" on the sticker. See attached photos.

I just want to know what an ORIGINAL JACK INSTRUCTION sticker looks like. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the photo. The part is #2461138G, does your decal have that number on it? Just curious. See attached photo of what appears to be a correct decal from Herb's, which is out of stock.

They seem to have all of the years for other models but not this one part number. So I guess the 67 Charger is not a decal worth making. Hopefully I will find one at Hershey this year. Thanks for your help.
