Rear passenger side window motor is fine but window binds and goes crooked going up and down. Is a manual window mechanism the same as a power mechanism? Secondly, would parts off of a power window mechanism from a 1968 Chrysler 300 (passenger rear) be the same as a 1967 Charger? Thanks!

It could be something as simple as a broken roller. Take the trim panel off and see what is binding. Many of the parts in there are the same as manual windows.

Usually these mechanisms are specific to the car, because of room available and attachment points. I converted my 1967 R/T from manual to power windows, and these were different mechanisms. As someone has already said, it could be a broken roller, or possibly a retaining clip has broken allowing part of the mechanism to fall apart. Unfortunately, it is a brute to get to, requiring rear seat bottom and side panel to come off. Sounds like a winter project.

There's a sticky at the top of this section just for this.
