Looks to be NOS but I will just call it a factory dimmer switch in its original Mopar box. Not a clue how to test it? Chrome applique is in very nice condition with no peeling happening. Roller know rolls freely and I can see no damage. Asking $50 shipped. Please look closely at all pictures and P/N that it stamped on part.
