1968 Charge R/T fender tag code questions.

Can someone please tell me exactly what numbers and locations on a 1968 Charger R/T fender tag indicates the R/T designation and 440 package with photos? Bottom left XS29 right? And the motor is an L?

XS designates a Charger R/T.

 

[RemCharger]

83 is the 440 magnum. 5 for auto, 3 for 4 spd.
