Was wondering if anybody could help me get some more decoding done on this car. I believe it pretty rare from what I found (2,213 68 Coronet 500 383 4bbl ever built?)

PAINT: Monotone Bright Blue Metallic Paint.
OTHER: Light Blue Metallic Upper Door Frame Color.
