1968 Coronet R/T Tail Lamp Bezels - Inner Finish?

Hello FBBO! Comparing these 2 photos of my car vs an online pic and looking at squarish inner areas of the bezel (where arrows point), mine are shinier and seem to have mostly lost the whitish flat finish that I assume is correct. Not the worst problem in the world, but originality is the overarching goal on my '68 Coronet R/T. What is that finish and color called (if it's something special), and is its application possible DIY? Guessing it may be more than just rattling dull silver etc. Thanks in advance for any help!

Perfect - thanks! Would this textured Light Argent silver paint be correct then? Also comes in satin and gloss finishes, but apparently for the grill.

Never used it myself, yet. A spray out would be your best bet, or someone else who has.
