I sent him my original '68 383/4spd unit nearly two years ago and have not seen it since. He used to answer the phone every few months, spit out a few excuses as to why it wasn't done. I finally gave up calling and just wrote it off.

Shaft plastic bush is broken, no points or lead, rotor and cap are 'ok'.

This distributor came out of my '69 Charger (383ci automatic) 35 years ago.
