FOR SALE 1968 Plymouth GTX 440 with an Automatic Transmission, Factory Air Conditioning, and Power Brakes. It has 156,000 orignal miles on the car. It is in great condition. Has always been stored indoors in California and is mostly rust free, I say mostly because there is some light surface rust on the top edges of the fenders where the paint has worn through due to washing and polishing over time. The original paint is in really good condition for its age with only some small scuffs and scratches from careless family members moving around items in the garage. The original numbers matching 440 motor was removed at 115,000 miles and set aside. That motor will come with the car. The motor that is in the car now is a custom built 383. The car currently has an aftermarket radiator, air cleaner, wheels, and exhaust system. I have the original radiator, air cleaner and exhaust headers and they will also come with the car. The wheels are Crager S/S wheels. There is no major damage to the car and there has been no major accidents. The one body blemish is on the rear of the deck lid where my Aunt backed into another car in a parking lot back in the mid 70's and put a small dent in the deck lid and the trim piece. I have the build sheet from inside the rear seat as well as hand written records of every little bit of maintance, adjustment, and repair done to this car since 1969. The 2nd owner that started the records in 69' with 13,000 miles on the car was a aerospace engineer who took extreamly good care of this car until he passed away a few years back. He even kept records of how much and when he fueled the car. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thanks!

Tanner

I am asking $37,000.00 obo

I need to sell soon and I am very motivated. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be happy to discuss details about the car with you.
