I purchased this car not too long ago under the pretense of it being a fully numbers matching car. Long story short, the transmission is not numbers matching so I no longer want it and am going back on the hunt.
1968 GTX. 1 owner Survivor car. Numbers matching, 440, 4-speed, Dana 60 with 3:54 gear ratio. GG1 Green with a green stripe and green interior (all seats newly upholstered needs carpet and headliner). 8 track/AM radio car that is a driver but needs some maintenance like a throw out bearing, carb rebuild, shifter mechanism rebuild, etc.
Original New Mexico car, has minimal rust on the lower portion of the rear quarter panels everything else is extremely solid. Trunk floor barely has any surface rust. Car comes with over 50 years of key documentation. The patina gives it an amazing look. The original paint still has a lot to offer and cleaned up real nice with some wax.
Car drives alright but needs the carb gone through as it sticks and a new set of wires.
No build sheet but has the original fender tag. Clear title. Car is located in Las Vegas Nevada.
