I need to free up some cash so I am listing my 68 GTX for sell sooner than I wanted. This GTX is a great driving mopar and is rust free. I had to work through a lot of issues when I purchased it. I have spent a lot of time making sure everything is as it should be and works perfect. The engine is original 440 and was recently been rebuilt. Sounds great, has the correct pipes and tips, and runs very strong. Trans is a 727 and shifts perfect. Everything works as it did in 1968. Here's what is new and I'm sure missing something.
Paint, (dark metallic silver) rear quarters (very well done), vinyl top, front and rear bumpers, brakes, rebuilt engine, complete new interior including carpet, dash pad, and head liner. Magnum 500 wheels and tires are new, All the glass appears original. No fender tag, it was lost during repaint. This GTX is nice driver you wont be disappointed.
Give me a call with questions.

Beautiful looking car. The misplaced fender tag would have me irate. Good luck with the sale.

That is a great look car and i wish you luck with the sale. If I were you I would be at the body shop, systematically going through every drawer, closet, nook AND cranny ... especially the tool boxes, looking for that fender tag...assuming that's where it went missing.

Also a request ... can you show a picture of the car from the side ... like the ones at the top out in the sunlight. I love that color!

and a question ... Those floor mats have a 'dealer option' look to them. Are they clear and did you get them with the car or purchase somewhere?

Cool car and priced right,no tag is a killer for the purist though.

I have added a few pictures out in the sun.
The guy that I bought it from is the one that lost the tag. He Didn't mention it to me until I showed up to pick it up. Sucks but nobody forced me to buy it, I want to make sure who ever buys its know going in.
Here is what I have for the type paint and code
U-tech 3.5 WT Gray 3.5 VOC color.
