I have an orphaned alternator mounting bracket. I am told it fits only Mopar B Engines (383 and 400) 1969 and up with A/C. It is in very good condition but I would recommend a respray. I am asking $7.00 plus shipping.
That is not a Spacer. It is a bracket the bolts on the passenger cylinder head. It is only used on factory A/C B engines (383 400) 1969 and newer. I’m not sure how many years until they made another change.
The top pivot bolt threads into that bracket. Instead of the cylinder head.
the A/C bracket system was changed in 1969 and that is when they started using. That. It didn’t exist before that. Here is the alternator mount on 1968 and older big blocks.
