1969 broadcast sheet decode

I want to know if anyone can tell if my car was undercoated from the factory? Would it be on this broadcast sheet?

Also what type of wheels/rims did this car come with

Would have J55 coded. Full undercoat which also came with underwood insulation.

Right where it says J 5_. There would be a 5 typed in the box below it.
