1969 Charger - A good deal?

Hello,

A local bodyshop owner has a 69 Charger for sale. It's a numbers-matching 383 magnum. Auto transmission. Was restored (by the bodyshop owner) in the mid-80's. In really good shape. Orange with black vinyl top. Has a/c. Front seats need work; rear seats are excellent. He wants between $22,000 - $23,000. Is this a reasonable price?

Without seeing pictures and there aren't any rust issues, I'd say it is very reasonable. Second generation Chargers are bringing crazy money right now.
