The control module (buttons) are available new under a newer p/n that superseded the one in your car. If you search there are quite a few posts on this topic. Let us know if the search comes up empty and I'll break out the books.

I have a set from a 70 Coronet.

The back of the slide wafer box has come off (common), but I believe it is all there and all the nipples are intact (not common).

Needs cleaned up and probably decals.

Let me know if you're interested and I'll get pics next time I'm at the shop.
