Both work.
Black seals for both go with them.
One of the lenses is cracked.
Yes that is a clamp with a ground wire attached. Better than scraping the paint off to get a good ground.
These are the “I don’t want to pay $150 for new lights.”
They work and look good where everyone can see them for $30 lights.
