This is one clean unmolested 69 Charger 383 auto. I have not seen one this unmolested and clean in a long, long time. Fully documented with build sheet and owner history. Matching numbers engine and trans. The original Texas title, Chrysler Credit paperwork, original owners manual etc.
First owner had it until 2008. Second owner flipped it few months of owning it. Third owner has had it since.
This is a unrestored car. The car is a real H code 383 H.P. with factory A/C and AM 8 track stereo. The original color was T3 Honey Bronze Metallic with a tan top and interior.
Original owner painted it FE5 Bright red in 2004. It was the only car he bought new. He did a color change to make seem like a new car. The car has been babied thru the owners. It has only been repainted. Some cosmetic freshening up. Original interior etc.
The engine has never been apart. 80,000 miles. The car has all of the original engine components, carb, dist. air cleaner etc. Runs awesome. Trans was rebuilt last year and is the matching numbered trans.
Bucket seats and column shift with buddy leaner. Factory clock. Power steering with manual drum brakes. Front sway bar. All the air conditioning is hooked up and in great shape. The car has dealer installed Chrysler cruise control.
Body has all of the original sheet metal. The car has never been wrecked. Everything works. Car is tight and quiet. Has the original spare and jack. The rear end is a 3.23 and has all the assy line markings and stencils. Paint has some old flaws, but is not a factor to the car in general.
Like I first said I have not had a car like this in a long time. Can be inspected in person on a hoist.
The car has a new vinyl top and new wheels.
