1969 Dodge Superbee
It has a Date correct 383 cubic inch motor and a 4 speed manual transmission. I have added power steering and front disc brakes. It is very easy to drive. Drives straight as an arrow down the highway at 65 mph without any pull, shimmy or hiccups and at 175 degrees. The car was rotisserie restored from 2010-2014 and documented. I have the original build sheet and original fender tag. It has 6250 miles on it since the resto and the gauges were restored by Redline and reset to -0-.
Drive train- score 9.5/10
-the 383 date correct motor runs great and starts up the first time every time. (Motor build sheet provided)
-it has pertronix electronic ignition within the factory distributor.
-the Centerforce clutch and manual transmission shifts fine in every gear.
-small passenger side valve cover leak onto exhaust
-everything is new front to back except for the radiator which was restored and had a row added to.
-3:23 Auburn gearing within the correct 489 rear. Drum brakes in the back.
Interior- score 9.5/10
-all seats in new condition like new
-carpet is like new
-headliner is like new
-dash like new
-seatbelts are original and were re-dyed (they look used)
-door panels are like new.
-window cranks and door handles all replaced to match the new interior.
-All gauges work. The radio is original and it works but it’s AM and sucks.
-the heater and defroster work and the heater box completely restored.
-the horns work but are weak
Body-score 9/10
-the body is laser straight no dings or ripples. Rotisserie resto with original floors.
-the bottom of the car is base coat clear coat. The wheel wells are under coated very clean to prevent chips.
-bottom of door lips are clean and rust free.
-all stainless steel trim is in good condition. The back window trim at the bottom likes to come unclipped in 2 spots periodically.
-the bumpers were rechromed not reproduction.
-the paint is in great shape. No noticeable chips, scratches, runs etc. It’s a really nice paint job and the correct colors.
-head lights, brake lights and tail lights work. I might have a brake light out based on a spectator at a car show this weekend. Certain it’s just a bulb since all wiring is new.
$49,900
. -Cash or wire transfer only
-NO bank check, certified checks or personal checks
