Is it possible that a partial vin 1969 A833 is a warranty or replacement transmissions built by Chrysler for any fixers? built on the assembly line with a sequence number like 9A...... for 1969 and A Lynch Road Plant with the sequence of what number it was with the Julian calendar also. could all these Mopar factories done this?
80 or so percent of all A833 transmission from 1969 I see are partial vins and I have to admit that’s a lot compared to how many cars have been restored totaled out at least drivable... it’s a mainstream well liked market by a particular enviroment of people that goes into I’d say 9 figures of people... especially talking dynacorn bodies it guess on and on. it seems something about this market A833 is saturated.... what is a original A833 with a cars build code like compared to a possibly I guess warranty transmission?

Before Jan 1 may have had all the VIN after that a partial. I have two A833's, the numbers match in my Bee and a '69 RR transmission. Bee has 9A, RR has full VIN. Just the way they came... and mine are both Font correct! :D:D

That’s pretty cool! I’m really getting interested in these codes and have just been wondering because I can’t find anything maybe because I hear Chrysler lost a lot of information over the years. Me and my dad have a 69 SuperBee transmission just the transmission case we are going have to piece together and we was wondering about it.

Was SuperBee 308 or 307 bearing? because I hear RRs and bees are 2892093 codes with auto and was wondering if they re 308 I got the dail calipers and tried to figured it out but I don’t have the input shaft to really examine it well by bolt circle?

How do you know it's a Bee transmission if it only has 9A on it and not WM21 or WM23 as well, or is yours stamped with the full early VIN?

Here’s a picture of the case codes I’m loading more

The ruff lines worried me but then I did a close up and it seems to be every curved line is in uniform by its dimensions..

I don’t know the answer.
But my 69 charger has the full vin number on the A833.
