I am fairly sure it is OEM, though I can't find a cast part number anywhere.

The person I purchased it from put grease on the pressure plate side and wrapped it in cellophane. needless to say - it dried up.
I took a razor blade + some lacquer thinner and scraped off some to show the condition below. Face looks like it was resurfaced at some point.

It will clean up really nicely.

$250 for flywheel + shipping
$100 for Zoom clutch disc + shipping.
