The center vent has chrome on it,does the outer ones have chrome or just black.

On my 70 R/T, 440 factory A/C car, all original that my old may bought new in 70, the outboard vents are black. The car is unrestored. Hope this helps.

That is how they are on my 70' Charger also. The outer vents point downwards anyway and hardly even visible.
