1970 charger oem fenders..can't find?

i just picked up a '70 charger and it has front fibre glass fenders. I'm wanting to change them with oem 1s but I can't find none besides classic industries however, price is ridiculous.

If I do plan to keep the fibre glass ones how do I hook up the headlights/brackets? As they're not installed.
