1970 Coronet Quarter Panels Re-pops

I came across these partial 1970 Coronet/Bee replacement quarter panels. After watching the latest Rust Bucket Restos on the Youtube. I got confused why he made the 68 or 69's fit? Just because they came with the car? I thought these didn't exist.. or is it just the Mandela effect?

The panels in the video are full quarters. Your screenshots are quarter skins. Those are not the same.

I get that. That's why I said partial quarters. I just didn't think they made these. It's the first time I saw them.
