The grille indicates a 1969 Dodge. Other than that, the 1969-1972 (yes, 1972) medium Dodges have that same dash and hood. The '70-'72 trucks have a different grille. The rear has a two-speed with 6.30/8.10 gear sets. This would make for a great hauler. If I didn't already have my '69 D300, I'd be all over this one.
I just sold my 67 D500 crew cab and 62 W500. Cool trucks but very limited use. Also most do not have power steering. Then you are looking at $2500 in wheel/tires to do away with the 8.00-20's and split rims on the steer axle. I like these trucks however they are not very practical compared to other alternative. That said, the 74-78 models, while not as cool looking (IMO) are superior in several ways starting with the mechanical clutch linkage. I call that the marshmallow era of medium duty Dodge trucks.
