Anybody know where these go?

They go behind the inner door release handle. Oriented so the the part is over top of the mechanism inside the door. it goes in the slot that’s circled in the pic

As I was putting my inside door handle mechanisms back on tonight, I was trying to remember how the clear plastic piece needed to be installed. I came across this thread and installed as noted above. With the plastic sticking inside of the door, my window regulator arm hits the plastic as it moves up and down. Is that correct? The attached picture shows it hitting the plastic as I moved the regulator down.
