Those appear to be 70 Challenger seats.

frames are the same for 70 B and E body. just different covers and seat tracks

Foam is also different.....can be used for B BODY if you change foam, tracks and covers.

missed the foam part ....
I figure most guys will buy a cover/foam kit for the seats when restoring.

Added several pictures -
Will be taking the bottoms to the shop and blasting them.
Will paint with gloss black single stage.
Plan to clean up and dye the hinge covers as well.
