I would like to see a photo of how the solenoid is mounted under the dash and where the Green wire is powered. With the n96 option such a sought after option I would like to think there would be alot more information online. I haven't ran across anything very helpful. I may not be looking in the right places. This may annoy some people but my RR didnt come with one and I am adding it so I had nothing to go by.

@RJRENTON can you help on this one?

My 1970 n96 solenoid is located near the fusebox on the dash frame, not sure if this is stock location as it's been bypassed for decades on my car. I operate with just the air grabber switch but have been thinking about getting an aftermarket solenoid to get this functional again. the wiring may go to the a/c fuse on the 1970 box but hopefully RJ can clarify.

If anyone is interested I can help with some aftermarket solenoids
