1970 RR grill trim thats around light bezel and grill

whats the trick to keeping the trim around light bezels and grill to stay together. help !!!

Mine stainless trim kept popping off as well. I just gently squeezed the trim a bit when it popped off so it would take a better bite on the plastic. Seems to be working.

I use a touch of adhesive behind my problem trim edges
