some guy on Kijiji , selling vin tags , and has one for a 1970 super bee
my question is how do you register the car , i guess you go to dmv with them and then they make you a slips and it s yours. i guess ,

if you tsk them to there dmv here and then the police , I think they check who owns the "car" you can get some papers for it
then you need to find I car .we just bought a mgb and it was rotten so we kept vin plates and the registration so we can recommission one
if needed in the future .

Not sure how its done in Canada, or Quebec since you want to secede, but it is not ethical or legal to move VINs. VINs have codes of how a given vehicle was built. Moving a VIN tag to a different vehicle misrepresents what that vehicle is. Shady.
