Hey guys,
Wanted to get some thoughts.. I have a 71 Charger and the everything on the dash; lights, gauges, etc. works... Except the little map light located just above the gauges.
I changed the bulb and checked fuse; both are good.. The car is very original; 2 owners; never restored.. under dash looks very original, even original radio.
Thoughts?

try some contact cleaner in the switch and work it back and forth a few times , might be dirty / tarnished contacts

Just for starters you can see the power is common to the Map light, glove box light and cigar lighter (all Pink). Those are fed by the red wire from the fuse. Does the glove box light and cigar lighter work?

Yeah check your glove box first if you got light there then I'd look into the switch as its probably never been used . Since its out get a test light and check for power at the switch
