Hello Friends
As I live in Mexico I have access to all the special Mexican Spec cars they made. If this one isn't for you I can find you one you will love.
Here we have a 1971 Mexican Spec Dodge Charger. It says it is an SE model but it does not have the covered headlights.
Under the hood is a 360 V8 which is not original to the car. This would have had a 318 V8 to begin with.
This 360 V8 is mated to a 4 speed manual transmission.
The 1971 model is the one to have, if for nothing else, because the side marker lights were a one year design.
In 1972 they went to the corporate side markers they put on every car they made.
If you look up the values of these, they are pretty expensive cars as an automatic. When you add the manual transmission, the value goes way up from there.
Generally I refer to these as a 2 door Coronet, but this one has the rally gauges, which a Coronet would not have.
This is not an original car. Things have been done to this car and more things need to be done.
The front valance where the turn signals should be is missing them.
2 tail light lenses, in red, need to be found to replace the amber ones in there now.
The interior has been done, as you can see, in a diamond pattern.
A newer center console has been installed to house the stick shift lever.
Newer Dodge or Ram wheels are on the car painted black with decent tires.
If you look closely at the pictures they show the car is very straight down both sides. This black paint would show any imperfections the car might have.
If you want a fun car to play with that you won't find over there, I mean people are asking $15K for rollers, this is the car for you.
The vehicle delivered to the Nogales border will be $17,700 dollars. This includes delivery to the Nogales Arizona border from Southern Mexico.
If you have any questions about the importation process, I will be happy to answer them.
* We Can Now Offer US Delivery * - What this means is we can cross the car and you as the buyer would need to pick it up in Nogales Arizona or arrange transport to your location. If you choose this option there will be an extra fee.
I know the thought of buying from Mexico makes people nervous. I can provide references from my previous clients if necessary.
You can see more Mexican vehicles at mexicanspec.com and if interested please read the Procedure link on my website to learn more.
