1973 charger k member and torsion bar removal!!help please

Okay need some help any way any one could walk me through removing front k member and torsion bars on a 73 charger se big block?

I have unbolted the upper a arms, all 4 subframe bolts/bushings, both bolts that hold the torsion bar mount to the cross member.
 
you need to unbolt the lower control arm and everything bolted to it (upper a arm, sway bar, strut rod, tie rod) . its better to keep the K member secure. remove the clips from behind the torsion bars. back the LCA and torsion bar so that the LCA is out of the Kmember. take a BFH and smack the LCA free off the torsion bars. if it rusted, you can back the torsion bar/LCA assembly enough the get a pair of vice grips clamped on the back of the bar , and then smack the LCA off the bar.

once the LCA 's are off , slide the T bars back out of the mount, THEN remove the mount.
