I need to order a new carpet for my '73 Road Runner. It has bucket seats with a buddy seat (the fold up arm rest) between them. Classic Ind shows two options: 4-speed bench seat and 4-speed bucket seats with console. For some reason, I have it in my head that for my set up, I need the bench seat style? The car originally had an A-230 3-speed in it, but I rebuilt an A-833 OD unit and installed it with a Hurst shifter. So, bench or console? Keep me from making a $200 mistake!

By the way, I am not much on forums but the little Road Runner (her name is Pearl) is coming along great. She got the A-833 OD unit I mentioned, a Blueprint 408" Stroker (Magnum based), Doug's headers with 2-1/2" exhaust out the back through DynaMax Super Turbos and factory style slotted tips, aluminum factory style radiator, new steering gear and power steering pump & polygraphite bushings front and rear suspension as well as engine and transmission mounts. I have all new interior pieces (mostly the molded plastic stuff) already and seat covers are on order. The guy who did the body work only does Mopar stuff and I have known him since we were kids. I have been driving her around half primered but got the call last weekend he is ready to lay down the paint. WooHoo!!!! She is going back factory colors - eggshell white and F6 green interior - and was ordered stripe delete. Factory 15" Rallye wheels but I am running the earlier cone style centers.

It’s not factory original, more of a “this how I like it”. I thought I had better pics….

It does, now, have two throttle return springs. Haha.
