1976 Plymouth Fury Sport, 318 CID, automatic
MJ5 Tropic Green Metallic, black vinyl interior.
Options: A06 - Easy Order Package, A87 – Exterior Decor Package (a.o. louvred rear side windows, floor shift, cruise control). Also limited-slip differential.
Car was featured in Plymouth Bulletin 312 (2012). Copy of the article comes with the car.
Body restored in 1995 and car has always slept indoors since. Fresh, rust-free and generally original car, history known since 1994. Production Broadcast available.
Runs very well with an of average 1:7 l/km (16.5 MPG), capable of 1:9 (21 MPG) on long highway trips). Transmission shifts perfectly and is carefully treated (avoiding kick downs).
Period-matching chrome Cruiser wheels, non-original double exhaust (great sound), concealed speakers and new electric aerial.
New rear springs and approx. 9000 km ago new tires and new shocks. Recently new windscreen wipers, new rear brake drums and shoes, new transmissionfilter and oil.
Left front seat to be repaired, minor jobs still on the bucket list.
This is the only original Chrysler-imported 1976 Fury Sport in the Netherlands.
