I`m looking for a 20-tooth speedo gear for a 1965 727 cable shift tranny.

Any ideas? Re-pops available`?

i went the expensive route on my '65 coronet, not by choice. i bought a ratio reducer, which were available for '62-65 cars, and a different speedo cable. i did end up finding some different pinions to use with gear changes and the speedo reducer. another hard to find item is the pinion seal that fits in the pinion. a must have item.

It took 1 tooth more to slow my speedo down by approx. 5mph at freeway speeds. Went from 17 tooth stock to 19 tooth to correct it by 10 mph. Used an I-phone mph app to verify speed.
