2024 New Year Resolutions

Just want a good year
Two minutes. Every year I resolve to take two extra minutes at the end of each job to make sure I bill every part that comes out of van. That has really saved me a lot of time on the weekends doing book work, not to mention the loss of money on parts that were forgotten on the invoices.
This year after my tax preparation is done, I am going to try a seven minute thing. Take an extra seven minutes to pick up my office when I am done in here. I figure I have seven more years to work and I would like to have a clean office by the time I retire.
