Undo the nuts and gently pull the assembly out, you may get lucky and the arm and linkage end can be worked out the hole. Wrap a wire around the linkage and then remove the clip. Then installation should be the reverse without crawling up behind the radio...
On a holiday.. probably WITH! Once you get the motor loose and pulled forward you may need to move the wipers to get the linkage to come out. Worth a shot before it takes a case to be able to lay on the floor and reach up under the dash!

LOL.. the arm is held on by a nut and the linkage attached to it is held on by a clip, with plastic parts under it. Pending what you need to do, you could just unbolt the arm and wire it in place until you do what you need with the motor.
