3 speed wiper motor

I have a core 3 speed motor that I have been trying to send to various Mopar resto specialists but so far no luck they all too busy for more work. So I'm considering fixing up my own. Anyone tried this or seen anything written or on the net as a guide? Parts and tools needed. I really really want to ditch my two speed.

Not sure if you've tried this gentleman......all he does is wiper motors.....call or e-mail him ...he maybe able to help.
