30 amp 12 v circuit breaker for lighting

I have a 67 Charger 4 speed and I have no power at the 30 amp 12v circuit breaker that is screwed onto the footwell next to the parking brake. I took the wires off the post and clean them up and put it back together and I'm not getting anything. Does anybody know who might sell this 30 amp circuit breaker. It may be called something else. But that doesn't matter. Let me know if anybody has ever changed one of these and where you might've found one that is as depicted in my photo with the bracket. Thank you in advance.

That circuit breaker is toast. Anything on either side? If there is no voltage at either cable, you have other problems.
Try with key on and lights switch on also.
