I don't know if I would pay $69,500, isn't that encroaching Hemi territory?

Especially with those oil stains on the floor. That tells me it’s got leaks.

No not worth 69,500, but Cuda's are cheap period. I don't know that you can get a Hemi for 70. I think it's worth 50 to 60
 
It's a E body, and people go crazy over them. Fix the leaks and a professional detail it will bring the money.

Unless you have a great starting point, both car & price paid, you can't do a Quality Restoration for that price, again unless you can do the majority of the work yourself, and you like working for free. Not a bad price if it is in very good condition. And NO, you can't touch a Hemi Cuda for anywhere near that price...
 
Nice car...never understood why Chrysler offered the non rally dash in these cars.
